Appreciation Thank You Letter
When someone does you a favour, you generally want to return the favour, but sometimes you have no idea how to express your feelings. A nice way to express your gratitude for your benefactor is an appreciation letter.
Start the letter by thanking and appreciating the recipient, telling him/her that you are happy with what they have done. It could be anything from doing you a favour or meeting your demand. The first paragraph should concentrate on why you are writing this letter.
In the second paragraph, you can briefly explain how you were facilitated, giving a little background of what happened that made you appreciate the recipient. For instance, if the recipient helped you implement a project at company, you can write how the task was taken up and and how perfectly everything went.
Conclude the letter by expressing your gratitude once again and say you expect the same response in the future as well.

Dear Mr/Mrs (name of the recipient)
Thank you very much for helping me implement the new business strategy. I must say that all the work that we both did could not have been possible without your help.
The strategy, which required plenty of technical work, got off to a good start, helping us meet our annual target without any trouble. All the staff workers have also expressed their gratitude for your work.
I look forward to getting the same assistance from you and all the concerned officials. I will keep in touch with you.
Your Sincerely,
