Assassin’s Creed 3 Releasing On October 30, 2012
Set during the great American Revolution of 1753 to 1783, Assassins Creed III featuring a new protagonist, Connor Kenway will be available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and Microsoft Windows on October 30, 2012.
The game is one of the most anticipated games of the year 2012 and to spice up the most wanted release, Ubisoft has announced fourth Assassin’s Creed III collector’s edition with additional exclusive content. It’s named as ‘UbiWorkshop Edition’ and includes Xbox 360 or a PlayStation 3 copy of the game along with the second edition of the 334-page Assassin’s Creed Encyclopaedia. A PC version is however, still not talked about. The edition is available excusively on Ubisoft’s UbiWorkshop for USD $99.99 (~GBP £65) with free international shipping.
Price is expected to rise to USD $109.99 (~GBP £72) from July 5, 2012, so better is to pre-order now!
E3 2012 is in few days whereby Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo will surely come up with a wave of announcements to keep up a good momentum into 2013 and Ubisoft is expected to show the Wii U and PlayStation Vita versions of the game during the events.
On part of gaming geeks weapons of Assassin’s Creed 3 are the most discussed area of the game. Axe is at top, revealed in the trailers and then an early pistol along with a Native American bow and arrow. But that’s not all, there’re lots more to come. Let’s wait for E3 and something new will certainly be there.
The release preview also features the main locations. As the game is set during American Revolution in the late 18th century, Connor is shown visiting the frontier and also a number of British colonial towns. It’s also confirmed that Boston and Washington would be featuring in the game!
