Baby Announcement Email

Baby announcement emails are necessary as these are used an effective means to communicate the news of your newborn. Instead of calling every single person and telling them verbally, it is more convenient that you should write an email and send it to multiple recipients.

First of all, you must make a list of all the people you wish to give the good news. Do not forget to write their email addresses in the bar.

In the first paragraph, you must tell them if it was a boy or a girl and when he/she was born and at which hospital.

In the second paragraph, you can give other specifics of the baby including what he/she looks like and how much she weighs. You must also not forget to mention if the baby is out of danger or faces any threat.

In the third paragraph, you must also provide details regarding when you will be discharged from the hospital and when should they come to meet you.

    Dear Kerry,

I am pleased to inform you that I and my wife had a baby boy this morning. The baby was born today at 4 am and we are at ‘Lake City Hospital’

With the grace of God, the baby is absolutely fine and out of danger. She is healthy and active. Not to mention that the baby looks like her mother and screams a lot.

The doctor will come visit us tonight and then the possibility of discharging us from the hospital will be discussed. Most probably we will be discharge in a day or two. I request you to please inform others about this news.

    Yours sincerely,
