Chelsea Flower Show in London
Chelsea Flower Show is world’s famous gardening show held every year in the 11 acres ground of Royal Hospital of Chelsea. The 5 day show is organized by Royal Horticultutre Society (RHS). The flower show features the best of horticulture techniques and aesthetics designed by prominent horticulturists, and various charming and exquisite gardens that highlight a specific theme are made by the exhibitors. Visitors can also purchase plants and other stuff displayed for sale by the exhibitors, the show is held in the month of May and over 157,000 people visit it. A picnic area, cloakroom, ATM and other banking facilities provide much convenience to the visitors.

History
Started as Great Spring Show in 1862 in Kensington by the Royal Horticulture Society, it was later shifted to London’s temple Gardens in 1888. The show gained much popularity in due course of time and towards 1897, many eminent plant and seed dealers started participating in the show. In 1912, the show was cancelled to be shifted to its present site, the (grounds of) Royal Hospital of Chelsea. The name of the show was subsequently changed to 'Chelsea Flower Show'. -

Several marvelously beautiful gardens are made by exhibitors which undertone a specific theme. Visitors can purchase plants and other items presented for sale by the exhibitors.
