Civil Service Club London
The Civil Service of the United Kingdom is also known as Her Majesty’s Home Civil Service and just Home Civil Service. This is a permanent bureaucracy of Crown employees which support the United Kingdom government. It is through Civil Service of the UK that the executive orders of the government ministers are put into practice. However, the civil servants do not work under the Parliament of Great Britain since they are employees of the Crown. But the parliament can still summon senior civil servant for explanation on a matter of public interest. The civil service and/or bureaucracy is not under absolute control of the executive – rather, they are governed by conventions and statutes.
