However, you must keep condolence etiquette in mind while offering words of condolence. Writing a condolence email to a client is not an easy task as you need to sympathise while staying in your limits. You should keep a couple of important tips in mind while drafting this type of email.
First you should put the right email address of the person in the relevant box. Then, mention a subject of this email to make your message noticeable. This will be followed by a suitable salutation.
In the opening paragraph, you will offer your condolence to the addressee and make him or her believe that you are with them in this time of grief.
If you know the deceased personally then there is no harm in including a few sentences about them in the second paragraph.
In the next paragraph, you will pray for the departed soul and offer your help to the bereaved family.
Conclude your email with the proper closing followed by your name and other necessary details.
