Ingredients;
– (9 cups) cucumbers – thinly sliced peeled
– 8 green onions – thinly sliced
– (1/4 teaspoon) onion salt
– (1/4 teaspoon) garlic salt
– (1/4 teaspoon) pepper
– (1/2 cup) plain yogurt
– (1/2 cup) reduced-fat mayonnaise
– (1/4 cup) sugar
– (1/4 cup) evaporated milk
– (1/4 cup) cider vinegar
– (2 drops) hot pepper sauce

    Take a large serving bowl and place 9 cups of thinly sliced peeled cucumbers in it.

    Top the cucumber slices with 8 thinly sliced green onions, ¼ teaspoon of onion salt, ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt, and ¼ teaspoon of pepper. Take a large spoon and mix these ingredients well. Set it aside at room temperature for some time.
