The recipe to make this soup is so easy that you will never need to spend money on a hotel for a bowl of French Onion Soup anymore. Ingredients
  • Butter, melted: 1 Tbsp.
  • Olive oil: 1 Tbsp.
  • Sugar: 1 tsp.
  • Flour: 3 tablespoons
  • Salt: ½ tsp.
  • Pepper: ¼ tsp.
  • Dried thyme leaves: 1 tsp.
  • Bay leaf: 1
  • Ready to serve beef broth: 4 (14 oz) cans
Instructions
  1. First, set your crack pot on a high temperature and then add garlic, onions, butter, salt, brown sugar, and balsamic.
  2. Then, mix them until they are combined.
  3. Cover the pot and let it cook for itself for at least 60 minutes.
  4. Stir only occasionally and keep at it until your onions are brown around the edges.
  5. Then, add some flour and again stir for five minutes.
  6. Now, it’s time to add some thyme, beef broth, bay leaf before stirring again.
  7. Once again, cover your crock-pot and keep cooking at a low temperature for at least 7 to 9 hours. Meanwhile, just sit back and watch TV.
