Cucumber Melon Salad Recipe

– 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

– 1 unpeeled small cucumber
– 1 cup cubed melon of your choice

First off all you have to prepare the dressing of Cucumber Melon Salad. For that, take a small mixing bowl and pour in 2 tablespoons of canola oil and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Whisk both of the liquors until thoroughly mixed.
