One has to get ready 15 minutes before the pick-up time as the vehicle arrives 15 minutes before or after the designated time. How to Get to Dial-A-Ride Office
By Tube
After you get off from the tube at Elephant and Castle tube station, stay on New Kent Road or A 201. Then the New Kent road will turn left and become Mandela way. You will then find the office on your right side. View Map
By Bus
Dial-A-Ride can be accessed from the closest bus stop called “Old Kent Road East Street (Stop BL)”. You may reach it through any of the buses numbering 21, 53, 63, 168, 172, 363, 453, N21 and N63. After you move off from the bus, move southeast on New Kent Rd or A2 towards Mandela Way. The New Kent Rd turns left from there and becomes Mandela Way and then the office of Dial-A-Ride will be on your right side.
