Difference between Microsoft Surface Pro and Apple Ipad 3 with Retina Display

Microsoft released Surface Pro with high ambitions but as it turned out, the device has no chance of challenging Apple iPad’s supremacy in the tablet market. Despite a great design and wonderful shape, the Microsoft tablet could not make an impact – which proves that the Windows tablet still has plenty of work to do. Microsoft Surface Pro is entirely different tablet than iPad. It is believed that its bulkier size makes it difficult for the user to hold the tablet comfortably. Having no Retina display is another disadvantage.

Surface Pro has a little larger screen than iPad. It offers 10.6-inch display – almost an inch larger than iPad. As far as the weight is concerned, the Microsoft device is heavier. Another major difference is microSD card slot. Sticking to its basics, Apple has offered no external memory. On the other hand, one can increase Surface Pro’s memory up to 64 GB through a card.
