Poetry:
Poetry is the most effective and expressive form of literature that has a long history because it is considered as old as the language itself. It is a powerful tool of expressing one’s feelings and emotions in a beautiful, rhythmical and attractive manner. Poetry has a rich structure that is constructed in a specific way that makes it a little hard to understand by everyone. However, those who understand always love to read this beautiful expression of feelings and emotions. Poetry does not come to everyone or everyone cannot become a poet. Only a few people become poets because poetry is considered as something that comes to the mind in its entirety and naturally. There are also certain rules of structure that need to be followed in poetry in order to maintain the rhythm of the sentences.

Prose:
Prose is one of the most read forms of literature all over the world and people easily understand it because it is just like spoken language without the restrictions of any rhyme scheme. This is the simple form of expressing feelings and emotions. Everyone, with a good knowledge and understanding of things, can become a prose writer. Prose can be found all over the world because all newspapers, courts, schools, newspapers, and offices use this language in their written materials. However, you have to follow all rules of grammar while writing a piece of prose just like speaking a language. The content of the prose holds much importance that enables the reader to anticipate what is ahead in a prose piece of writing. Prose is more concerned with the real events or realities of life and a prose writer usually express his feelings in a way that is understandable for everyone even with an average mind.
