Non-Profit Organizations appeal to different people for charity for a social cause. When they successfully receive a contribution, they write to the donator to thank him for the generous gesture. The Donation Acceptance Letter is the reply of the organization to the individual who donated in the form of money or clothes to thank him.
The letter should specify the form of donation and should be addressed to the person who donated for the cause. The document should also clearly mention to the donator on how his money would be used for the betterment of the society so that he has no confusions. Also, mention in the letter how the organization has helped the cause of people in the past few years and how successful it has been in changing the lives of the affected people.
