Dubai Autodrome Overview
The Autodrome Dubai is located in the expansive leisure development of Dubailand. The Autodrome is the center of the UAE’s motor sport as part of Motorcity. It has a world class circuit that measuring 5.39 kilometers. This challenging circuit has a total of six different race configuration and can have three different configurations running simultaneously. The FIA sanctioned circuit has facilities that meet the highest standard of safety in the sport. That is why the venue has hosted several global motor racing events over the years including Trofeu Maserati, Radical Cup and Porsche Cup Middle East.
The Autodrome features several local events through out the year including the UAE Touring Car Championship, UAE GT Championship and the UAE Sportbikes Championship.

History
The Dubai Autodrome is recent addition to the UAE and opened its doors to the public in 2004. The track is part of the larger MotorCity complex and was designed Clive Bowen from Apex Circuit Design. The Autodrome had its inauguration as it hosted the last race of the season for the 2004 Formula Renault V6 Eurocup.
Over the years the track has had several highlights including hosting the 2005 A1 Grand Prix December race and the FIA GT Championship which called the Autodrome home from 2004 to 2006. The Dubai Autodrome was also featured on the world wide hit TV series The Amazing Race in Season 15. -

Operational Hours
The Autodrome is open according to the calendar of events those are scheduled over here. For the Kartdrome activities and schedule you can visit their website. However, the office is usually open during normal working hours from Sunday to Wednesday. How to Get to Dubai Autodrome
The Motorcity complex which houses the Autodrom is out of the city of Dubai and does not have any metro station close by. The best way to reach the area through public transport is the bus service. The closest bus stop is the Arabian Ranches, Saheel Gate 1 stop.
Once you get off at the station head south and walk through the first roundabout. Turn right on the next street and go past the first roundabout. Make a left when you enter the Autodrome outer street. Keep making a slight left until you reach a round about that will let you enter the Autodrome parking lot. View Map
