Easy To Make Low-Fat and Nutritious Desserts
There are many different kinds of easy to make low-fat and nutritious desserts which you can make at your home. Low-fat ice cream sandwiches and Mini tiramisu are the two most famous desserts which contain very low fat. In addition, they are very nutritious and easy to make.

Ingredients:
Low-Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches:
Whole-wheat honey graham cracker: 1
Light whipped cream: 2 tablespoons
Any favourite topping you’d like (dark chocolate powder, crushed nuts, etc.)
Mini Tiramisu:
Chai tea teabags: 5
Boiling water: ¾ of a cup
preferred cheese filling (either mascarpone if you’re sticking to the good stuff, while use ricotta or low-fat cream cheese if you’re looking to trim down): ½ cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder: ½ teaspoon
Ladyfingers: 12
Spiced rum: 2 teaspoons
Cognac: 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract: ½ a tablespoon
Splenda: 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
Light whipped cream: 2 tablespoons
Any favourite topping you’d like (dark chocolate powder, crushed nuts, etc.)

In order to make the low-fat ice cream sandwiches, you have to break the cracker into half. Then, place the whipped cream on one half of the cracker and top the other half with the sandwich. After that, you have to drizzle the topping of your choice. Place it in the freezer for about an hour (until it becomes solid).

To make the Mini Tiramisu, you have to pour some water in the saucepan and place it on a high heat flame on the stove. When the water starts to boil, steep tea in it for around 3 minutes and add cognac along with Splenda. Stir all the ingredients well. Then, add cinnamon, sugar, cheese and vanilla. Mix them well until they become smooth. Now, soak the ladyfingers from the bottom in the chai for around ten seconds. Take the cheese and spread it evenly on all the ladyfingers. Create symmetrical layers of the ladyfingers and sprinkle the cocoa powder on them. Lastly, place them in the refrigerator for around two hours. Serve it after the food and enjoy!
