Employment Contract Termination Letter

Organisations sometimes have to let go of their employees for many reasons. This could be because of company’s financial situation not allowing a large pool of workers or someone performing on a less than expected level. There are also cases where the employees are involved in embezzlement which generally ends up with immediate termination.

There can be a bunch of other reasons. However, it is not a pleasant event and one that must be dealt with, with a lot of care. It should be made sure that a letter explaining termination of an employee’s contract is professionally written and appropriate language is used.
