Financial Ombudsman Service sorts out disputes or disagreements between consumers and various businesses providing financial services. The institution was made by parliament and it’s services are free for the consumers of financial services. The office always acts independent and impartial resolves the matter with reason and facts and follows a structured format towards processing a compaint. The complaint process starts when the customer first needs to contact the financial business they holds a complaint against, which has eight weeks time to process the complaint. If the customer is still not satisfied then they should contact the Financial Ombudsman Service to resolve their complaint.
