Food Standards Agency London

The Food Standards Agency is an independent department of the United Kingdom government, which can also be termed as non-ministerial division of the government. The Food Standards Agency was established back in 2000 under an Act of Parliament that was passed to save the public’s health from harm, and to protect the interests of consumers in relation to food all over the United Kingdom. This non-ministerial department works under a board that is appointed to take action in public interest. The offices of this division can be found in various countries across Europe, but its headquarter is located in London near Holborn tube station.
