Four Bean Salad Recipe
Four Bean Salad is full of distinct, tasty flavors of four different beans. It is a family favorite side dish. Four Bean Salad is a wonderful blend of proteins and fibers. You can make this salad for a picnic or you can bring it to a party as well.
This simple recipe of Four Bean Salad is enough for ten people but you can increase the amount of ingredients if you want to make it for a larger group.

Ingredients:
– (1 cup) white sugar
– (1 cup) white wine vinegar
– (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
– 1 onion – chopped
– 1 green bell pepper – chopped
– 6 stalks celery – chopped
– (1 can /15 ounce) green beans – drained
– (1 can /15 ounce) Lima beans – drained
– (1 can /15 ounce) kidney beans – drained
– (1 can /15 ounce) pinto beans drained
– ( 1 can /4 ounce) jar pimentos

Drain 1 can (15 ounce) of properly chopped green beans and place them in a large serving bowl.

Filter off the water of 1 can (15 ounce) of Lima beans and 1 can (15 ounce) of kidney beans and add both of the beans to the serving bowl as well.

Discharge the can water of the pinto beans properly and place them in the bowl.

Top the beans with 4 ounces of jar pimentos and mix them well.

Take another medium mixing bowl and place 1 cup of white sugar in it.

Pour 1 cup of white wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the small bowl. Whisk the sugar with the liquors until it dissolves thoroughly. Set it aside for the time being.

Pick a cutting board and chop one large onion into fine slices.

Chop 1 green bell pepper and 6 stalks celery as well.

Add all of the chopped slices to the large mixing bowl.

Now, pour the sugar-mixture into the large bowl and whisk all ingredients to coat them completely.

Place in refrigerator for some time until chilled well and serve with 10 small salad serving bowls.
