1
You will want to first thoroughly clean the work surface that you will be using to prepare this delicious recipe. Also, remember to wash your hands and clean all the glasses, utensils and other items that you will be using to put this recipe together.
-
2
Take one cup of fresh ripe strawberries, remove their stems and rinse them properly. Now cut them into fine slices and place them in an electrical blender. Be careful while slicing the strawberries as you will want to hold them firmly so that they do not slip from your hand while cutting.
-
3
Top the strawberries with ½ cup of milk or brewed tea and then add in 2 tablespoons of light cream. It is entirely up to you as to the amount of cream that you will want to add. By adding or reducing the amount of cream can have an impact on the overall taste and especially the thickness or texture of this beverage.
-
4
Add in 1 tablespoon of bubble tea sugar syrup and 1 cup of ice cubes or crushed ice. If you want your drink to be less sweet then you can reduce the amount of sugar syrup that you use.
-
5
Now seal the blender completely and blend the ingredients at medium speed until smooth and thick like a milkshake. Be sure to hold the lid of the blender firmly while blending to avoid a mess.
-
6
Take a large glass and place 4 tablespoons of cooked tapioca pearls in it. You can use any glass that you find convenient.
-
7
Unseal the blender and carefully pour the mixture into the glass. Be sure to do this slowly as you do not want to spill this all over the place.
-
8
Stir until the strawberry mixture thoroughly incorporate into the tapioca pearls. Remember you will want a nice smooth texture to the mixture so be sure to periodically check the consistency while stirring.
-
9
Garnish the glass with some fresh strawberries – if you like. Place a straw in the glass, serve and enjoy! Remember you can garnish and serve this drink anyway that you like as per your own personal taste. Your friends and family will definitely enjoy this fantastic drink.
