Goodbye Farewell Letter
One of the emotionally hardest things for anyone to do, is to write a goodbye or farewell letter. This is because this letter is usually written at the end of a long term that you may have served at a specific place. It also means that you will be moving away from the place that you resided in for a set amount of time, while moving away from the people who you spent a decent amount of time with prior to your departure.
When writing a farewell letter people tend to either forget some key elements, or tend to fail to convert what they are thinking onto paper.
The opening paragraph should talk about why you are leaving, and highlight all the good times that you shared with the people who you are saying goodbye to. The following paragraph/paragraphs should wish everyone good luck, and give them your contact information in case they want to get in touch with you later on.

Working with you for the last three years has been honour. In this time, I have made countless friends and have learned so many wonderful things about life. This organization provided me an excellent opportunity to increase my knowledge and skill sets and I am sure that as I move forward towards the next phase of my career, I am a more complete person professionally. That however could not have been possible without your continuous support and encouragement. At no time during my tenure did I experience any type of work related frustration, and that was all because of you people.
I have been in this field for the last 10 years and I can safely say that never have I worked with a more professional group. It find it highly unfortunate that my domestic circumstances have left me with no choice but to move out of the city, but you can always contact me on my personal number or email.
