Green Salad with Grapefruit and Citrus Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 Grapefruit
– ¼ cup Olive Oil
– ¼ cup Orange Juice
– ¼ cup Lemon Juice
– Green Salads (1 cup of each 4 to 5 fresh seasonal varieties)
– 1 cup Coriander (leaves torn)
– Grounded Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

    First of all take all the greens and chop them finely.

    Now take a bowl and add orange and lemon juice along with black pepper, salt and olive oil; stir well and set aside.

    Now add the grape fruit and all the greens that you have just chopped and pour over the dressing of orange and lemon juice and toss.

    Sprinkle coriander leaves from the top and serve.
