Ingredients:

– 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
– 450g (16 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets – diced and cooked
– 2 cloves garlic, crushed
– 1 red pepper, chopped
– 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
– 120g (4 oz) light mayonnaise
– 30g (1 oz) crumbled feta cheese

    Take mayonnaise, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar along with 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill and blend them. After blending these ingredients place them in a refrigerator overnight or for several hours to let the ingredients amalgamate and produce a scrumptious flavor.

    Now take 450g (16 oz) skinless, boneless, diced and cooked chicken breast fillets and stir it with 1 chopped red pepper and 30g (1 oz) crumbled feta cheese.
