Homemade Chicken Sausage Recipes
A sausage is usually made from minced poultry meat (chicken, turkey etc), including skin and fat. It is a traditional food preservation technique in which skinned meat is minced with some spices and seasonings and preserved in the refrigerator.
Traditionally sausages were made using intestines and this is the reason most people avoid ready-to-cook sausages available in the market. However, you can make your own sausages at home using ingredients that you feel are safe and healthy.
