Honey Bee Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
– 3/4 oz Lemon Juice.
– 2 ½ oz Vodka or Dark Rum
– ½ oz Honey
– ½ oz water
– Lemon twit to garnish.
– Ice to add in the drink

It is a good idea that you thoroughly wash your hands and the work area that you will be using to make this delicious cocktail. Be sure to also wash all the utensils, glasses and other items that you will be using to put this recipe together. Always keep your work surface clean before preparing any food or beverages.

Take a saucepan and fill it with water and honey. Heat them up until a syrup consistency is reached. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the syrup cool. Remember to check the consistency as it should have a nice smooth texture.

Once cool, add the honey syrup, vodka or rum and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. If you want your cocktail to be a little light then you can always reduce the amount of rum that is used. This will not affect the overall taste of the recipe.

Shake well until all the ingredients are mixed together. Try to not mix it too much as it can make the entire cocktail mixture watery.

Pour in a martini/cocktail glass without the ice. You can use any type of glass that you have on hand or find convenient.

Garnish with a lemon twist. If you want you can use anything else to garnish this delicious cocktail as per your own personal taste.
