    Gather information about the organisation in which you are going to give an interview. Go through the financial statements of the company and gather information about their latest projects. In this way, you will be able to answer all their questions aimed at testing your knowledge of the organisation. For example, one of the trickiest questions, which is often asked in an interview is ‘why you want to join our company?’ and you can only answer this question if you have clear knowledge about the current position, mission and vision of the company.

One of the most difficult questions asked in every interview is about your strength and weaknesses. For instance, the interviewer may simply ask you to explain your major strengths or he can ask you ‘why should we hire you?’, you can just state your strengths in the answer in a persuasive manner. On the other hand, if you are asked about your weaknesses, state them in way that they appear to be your strengths or their impact is minimised. For example, you can say that your biggest weakness is that you often spend too much time in achieving perfection in your work, which often causes delays.
