Clean Your Lips
Make sure, if you are a make-up artist, that bride's lips are cleaned. You can do this with soft damp cloth or use cleaner. It is must that lips should be cleaned as without cleaning lips you cannot apply lipstick and liner. -

Treat and Remove Dead Skin
It is essential that bride's lips should be clear of dead skins and should be smooth. Leaving dead skin untreated and removed, you cannot apply liner. If you do it will destroy look and beauty of lips and the purpose of looking better is ruined. You can use scrub to treat lips for the dead skins. It not a time-consuming process. -

Select Liner Matching Lipstick
After cleaning and smoothing lips, you select a liner. Pick the one that will match the colour of lipstick that you are going to select for the bridal make-up. It is recommended that the liner should be a shade darker. This will help you create the effect you plan to create. -

Applying Liner

Apply liner from one edge of lips to other. Start with upper lip and then repeat the process for the lower lip.
