How to Apply Everyday Makeup
The basic purpose of everyday makeup is to have a natural, fresh and glowing look. Basically, it is a neutral kind of makeup which can be transformed into evening makeup. That is why you do not use dark colours and shades in this.
However, it is certainly not an easy job as you have to do it carefully otherwise it can make you face look dull. Remember, it is all about applying proper base on your face and then using the colours that compliment your complexion.
You can apply everyday makeup perfectly just by following some simple but effective techniques.

First and the foremost thing you should do is to remove the dirt, oil and other impurities from your face. It is just like preparing canvas for a painting. Remember, dirt can cause infections that can lead to different skin diseases so do not ignore this cleansing process. You can get several scrubs, face washes or soaps for this purpose.

After washing your face, you will prepare your skin for makeup. Apply moisturiser as it will not only soften your skin but also keep it oil free throughout the day. Then you will apply primer on your face. This is to blend the foundation with your natural skin colour. However, you can skip it if you don’t have much time.

Now you need to conceal all dark spots caused by pimples and other impurities. Usually, professionals use green coloured concealer to cover the area that has redness whereas other dark circles are covered with yellow colour.

Your next step will be to apply foundation. Use brush or pad to apply properly. If you have picked up liquid foundation then you must apply powder to set the foundation. Make sure that a waterline is not prominent.

Now, when you have provided the perfect base to your makeup, you can apply blush on the apples of your cheeks. Make sure that it looks natural otherwise it will be a waste of time and effort.

Prepare your eyelids by applying eye primer. You can also use foundation but then do not forget to set it with translucent powder. After preparing the eyelids, you will apply eye shadow of a neutral colour.

Apply black or brown eyeliner and then the eyelashes. After then you will apply dark coloured mascara and give final touch to your makeup.
