Nationals of France do not need visas to enter Singapore for a stay of less than 3 months. All they need is to fulfil following criteria:
A passport with validity of more than six months from the intended date of entry into Singapore.
Confirmed return ticket out of Singapore.
Proof of sufficient funds.

Visa Fee
The processing fee is $30 per visa application, which will be collected from the applicant at the time of submission. The processing fee once deposited will not be refunded again. It is recommended that applicants should counter check that fee with the Embassy of Singapore in Paris, as it may vary.
