How to Bake Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce

Baked salmon is one of the most delicious recipes and tastes even better with the Teriyaki sauce. You can serve it at your family dinners as well as in parties. Besides, you can easily make it at your home by following the given steps.

Ingredients:
For Bake Salmon:
Salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces: 12 ounce
Toasted Almond Parsley Salsa, for serving
Coarse-grained salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Baked squash, for serving, optional
For Teriyaki Sauce:
Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
Water: 1 cup
Honey: 1-2 tablespoon
Ground ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Packed brown sugar: 5 tablespoons
Cold water: 1/4 cup

    To make the Salmon, you have to preheat the oven to around 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, add the salt and pepper as per your choice on the salmon.

    Take the pan or a baking sheet and spray some oil on it. After that, you have to put the salmon on the baking sheet. Then, place the baking sheet in the oven.

    Bake it in the oven for around 12 to 15 minutes. Take it out and keep it aside for a while to cool down. In order to check whether it is completely baked or not, insert a toothpick in it. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means the salmon is fully baked. On the other hand, if it doesn’t come out clean, it means you have to bake it for few more minutes.

    To make the teriyaki sauce, you have to mix all ingredients well in a bowl except from the cornstarch. Then, add around ¼ cup of water in the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

    Put the mixture in the sauce pan and keep it on the stove at medium heat flame. Now, add the cornstarch in the mixture and keep on stirring gradually until the water is completely evaporated.

    You have to cook the ingredients until the mixture become thick. However, if it becomes thicker, you can add a little water.
