Since the Barbie looks totally plastic, you have to cover yourself in good amount of make-up, so that others take you as a person made out of plastic. For that you will have to work a lot on your make-up skills and a good base will definitely work for starters. Moreover, a red lipstick will help you show the world that you are a human Barbie doll.

Mostly Barbie dolls are blonde. Therefore, if you want to show the world that you are a Barbie doll, you have to dye your hair blonde. If your skin colour does not go with the blonde hair colour, the make-up that you will do should be able to do justice so that you can look like a total Barbie doll to the people around you.
