    Grocery on Friday

As you reach the end of the week, hit the market and shop for some fresh fruits and vegetables. Also buy whole wheat snacks that are not high in sugar and fat. If there is fresh food lying around in the house, you are more likely to choose it over packaged food. This way you will stay on track and will not munch mindlessly. Also during the week prepare some healthy snacks and dinner and keep it in the freezer. This way you can reheat it and not fall prey to ordering pizza or crispy chicken.

Also make it a rule that you eat healthy snacks as they will keep you full for longer. Eating high sugar foods will make you hungry again in no time.
