  First of all, you have to feel the music. You cannot become a good karaoke star until or unless you learn how to feel the music. Moreover, you have to find your favourite genre of music. Usually, the karaoke stars sing pop songs because they are interesting and easy to copy. On the other hand, if you like classic songs, you can go along with them. But, it will be really difficult for you to find the audience for the classic music. Therefore, you must try to become more acquainted with jazz, rock or pop.

  Create your own style
  
  It is extremely important for you to create your own style. Creating a unique style is very easy for few people, but difficult for most of them. You don’t have to copy any celebrity’s style. However, you can take inspiration from them. Your body language define your style. Therefore, you must practice your songs before mirror at least twice a day to remove the flaws in your performance.

  Song selection is really crucial for your success. You cannot become a good karaoke star unless you choose the right songs. If you have developed a good taste in music, you can easily select your songs. If you have short breath or you are beginner, you must choose the songs with short notes.

  Connect with your audience
  
  You cannot become a star if you cannot entertain your audience. In order to entertain your audience, you have to develop a good connection with them. Just be friendly, keep a shiny smile on your face and keep your eyes on the crowd while delivering your performance.
