Gmail gives you the option of getting rid of unwanted SMS messages from Gmail Chat. If you don’t want to receive a message from a particular contact, you can block him/her from sending messages in the future. All you need to do is simply reply to the message with the word ‘BLOCK’, and the person will not be able to send any more messages to you. -

Unblock SMS from Gmail
In case you have changed your mind and you want that user to send you messages again, then just write a message with the phrase ‘UNBLOCK’ and send it on the same phone number from which you were previously getting messages.
Note: Every sender who sends you a message from Gmail SMS service have a unique number associated with his/her email account.
