How to Brush your Teeth in the Shower

Many people spend too much time in brushing teeth and taking bath. As a result, they often get late for office, especially on Monday mornings. What if you do these two things at the same time? This will surely save plenty of your time.

Suppose, you have an important meeting scheduled at 9am, but you wake up only 45 minutes before. Since it is a crucial business meeting, you cannot afford to go without taking a bath. Brushing your teeth is even more important to avoid any bad impression.

You can always have a snack while driving, but the car is not made for taking bath and brushing teeth. Therefore, it is important that you accomplish both tasks at the same time. You may not have tried it before, but this is certainly a useful trick that can save a lot of time.

Brushing teeth in shower is actually far easier than brushing in the sink, as you can split anywhere. Furthermore, you don’t care about the toothpaste getting all over your face, because you are already wet. Rinsing your mouth will also become easier.

Instructions

  • 1

Make sure you enter the bathroom with brush and toothpaste. Although you are in hurry, there should not be any compromise on safety. Remove your dress carefully, because the slippery surface may create problems for you. Always stand firmly on the shower mat.

  • 2

Turn the shower on after making sure that the required things such as toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash are within your reach. Start taking bath after placing the items in a relatively clean area.

  • 3

Moisturise your toothbrush from the shower water. Moistening the bristles is always a good option, as it prevents the harsh/dry fibres from creating any injury.

  • 4

Apply toothpaste on the wet brush. There is no need to turn the shower off. Just move the equipments out of the path of water.

  • 5

Start brushing your teeth as you normally would. Meanwhile, let the water fall on you. In order to save more time, begin brushing after applying soap on your body. By doing so, you allow the water to clean the body while you are brushing your teeth.

  • 6

After finishing with brushing, wash the toothbrush with the shower water. Properly rinse the brush before spitting the paste out.

  • 7

Put the equipment in a safe place, and complete your shower as you usually do.
