When you are done with processing the food, it is very important to clean the processor well before you set it aside. Take the several parts apart. Now wash the parts individually in warm water. Do not use any steel abrasive cleaners on the parts. They can cause damage. Be very careful while working around the blades and the sharp edges. After cleaning the parts, wipe them dry with a clean cloth.
