Take the eyebrow comb and brush the hair upwards. Trim all the long hair to even up the eyebrows with the help of your eyebrow scissors. Brush your hair back into the shape of eyebrows. Be sure to have a particular plan or look that you want to achieve for your eyebrows. Remember you will need to follow this plan and not doing anything haphazard when it comes to your eyebrows. Now place an eyebrow stencil over your eyebrow and fill in your ideal brow shape by dipping a firm angled brush into eyebrow powder. Outline the shape of the eyebrow with the help of a white eyeliner pencil. It will help you plucking the extra hairs. Pluck all the hairs outside of the outline. Make sure to pluck a single hair at one time and start near from nose to work your way outwards. You should take your time while plucking your eyebrows as you should always sit under some light so that you can see exactly what you are doing. If plucking hurts then put a little ice to numb the area slightly and it should be okay.

Fill in all the gaps with an eyebrow pencil or eye shadow that completely matches your eyebrow colour. Apply the eye shadow to your eyebrows with an angled but firm eyebrow brush. Make sure that you fatten your thin brows with the help of a mascara or petroleum jelly to set the eyebrows. It will give the illusion of fullness in your eyebrows.
