How to Choose a Wife According To the Bible

Marriage is a tradition that has been there for as long as one can remember. A man and woman vow to stay committed to each other until their last breath, stay at each other’s side through thick and thin. Choosing the right woman to marry can be a tough decision to make. However, the bible has helped the people by guiding them in their search for a good wife. It has clearly stated the qualities and attributes of a good woman and therefore a good wife. Keeping these qualities and attributes in mind, a man will have little to no trouble in finding a good wife.

The first thing that you need to do is to open up the bible and start researching on what it describes as a good person. A good person is defined in pretty much the same manner in all religions. However, there will be a few things relating to Christianity that the bible will add to the description of a good person.  A religious Christian would surely want to keep all the attributes of a good person defined in the battle in mind while searching for a good wife.

After you are done doing your research on the description of a good person in the light of bible, access the marriage applicant and how close they come to the description. Do not expect to find every single quality of a good person mentioned in the bible in the marriage applicant, since no human is perfect. Aside from comparing the marriage applicant to bible’s description of a good person, access your own self as well and see if you meet the standards of a nice person that the holy book has set. It is not fair to look for an angel of a wife when you have been living like a demon. Good men get good wives, while bad men end up with wives that complement them.

If both you and the marriage applicant are really close to the description of a good person as defined by the bible, go ahead with the marriage. Pray to God to bless you both and keep you together for eternity.

When you get married, stay committed to your wife until your or her dying breath. If, God forbid, she dies, you can marry again.
