Chicken Francaise is a lovely dish that possesses a unique sour taste. This lovely dish has been admired by many people because the preparation time is not long and the method is extremely easy, you do not have to follow any complicated procedures. The combination of lemon slices and wine helps in creating a tremendous and delightful taste.
Ingredients
  • Chicken - 4 breast pieces
  • Chicken broth - 1 cup
  • Lemon - 1
  • Eggs - 2
  • Olive oil - ¼ cup
  • White wine - ½ cup
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Italian parsley flat-leaf
Instructions
  1. Before doing anything else you will want to carefully wash or clean the work surface that you will be using to prepare this delicious recipe.
  2. Also, thoroughly wash your hands, utensils, ingredients and other items that will be needed to put this dish together.
  3. Begin the procedure by taking a bowl and mixing a cup of flour with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  4. If you want to reduce or add to the amount of salt and pepper used then you can do so as it will not have a big impact on the overall taste or flavour of the recipe.
  5. After preparing the dredging mixture take a meat tenderizer and flatten the chicken breast.
  6. Be careful while flattening the chicken breast as you do not want to smash your fingers with the tenderizer.
  7. After flattening the chicken pieces coat them with the dredging mixture.
  8. Take your time to properly coat the entire chicken pieces.
  9. Take two eggs and beat them well now dip the coated chicken in the egg wash.
  10. Be sure to thoroughly coat the chicken with the egg mixture.
  11. Take a pan and pour a moderate amount of oil to shallow fry the chicken pieces.
  12. Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes.
  13. Try to limit the overall amount of oil that you use to fry the chicken so that it does not get too oily.
  14. When the chicken is cooked take a pan and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and put very thin slices of lemon and let them caramelize.
  15. Pour ½ cup of wine in it and cook it until the sauce is reduced to half.
  16. Now take butter and dredge it then cut it in to cubes. Put the butter cubes in the wine and lemon sauce.
  17. When the sauce gets thick add chicken and cook it for 2 minutes.
  18. After cooking it pour the prepared dish in a beautiful platter.
  19. It is up to you as to how you will want to serve this dish to your friends and family.
