Ingredients:
pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced: 1
fajita seasoning: 1.27 ounce / 1 packet
shredded Cheddar cheese: 8 ounce / 1 package
shredded Monterey Jack cheese: 8 ounce / 1 package
vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
flour tortillas – 10 inch each: 10
bacon bits: 1 tablespoon
chopped green bell peppers: 2
chopped red bell peppers: 2
chopped onion: 1

    Preheat your broiler; grease a large baking sheet and pre heat oven to 350 degrees foreign height /175 degrees centigrade.

    Grab a large mixing bowl and place 1 pound of diced, skinless, boneless chicken breast in it.

    Add 1.27 ounce of fajita seasoning in the bowl. Toss both of the ingredients thoroughly.

    Select a large baking sheet, place it on your kitchen table and gently spread the chicken- fajita mixture on it.

    Place the baking sheet under the pre-heat boiler and cook it for approximately 5 minutes until the chicken pieces turn light brown and no longer pink in the centre.

    Now pick up the 10 flour tortillas and layer half of them with the chick-vegetable mixture.

    Sprinkle the tortillas with 8 ounces of the shredded Cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon bacon bits and 8 ounce of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

    Now, fold the tortillas in half and then place them onto a large baking sheet.
