How to Cook Fantastic Beef and Noodles

Beef and noodle is one of the most healthy and delicious recipes. If you want to make it fantastic, you can follow the given steps.

Utensils: Cups, saucepan, spoons, frying pan, skillet and bowls.

Ingredients:
Beef, cubed (stew meat or steak): 1 1/2 lbs
Onion, finely diced: 1/2 small
Cloves garlic minced: 1 to 2
Italian seasoning: 1 tsp
Natures Seasons Seasoning (or beef seasoning): 1 tsp
Flour (optional): 1/2 cup
Butter or olive oil: 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Beef and Noodles Mushroom Sauce

1 jar of prepared beef and mushroom sauce or homemade sauce as follows:
Onion Soup mix: 1/2 to 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg
Worcestershire sauce: 1 to 2 tbsp
Beef broth: 2 cups
Beef broth: 1 ½ cups
Dry red wine or au jus: ½ cup
Cornstarch or flour: 2 to 3 tbsp
Fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced: 8 to 12 oz
Bay leaf (optional): 1
Butter or olive oil: 2 tbsp
Oil (in cooking water): 1 tbsp
Quality egg noodles: 1 pkg
Garlic powder, fresh parsley (optional)
Sour cream (optional): 1/2 to 1 cup
Cream of mushroom soup (optional): 1/2 to 1 can (10.25 oz)

Instructions

    First of all, you should remove the fats from the beef. Then, cut the beef in one-inch pieces and season it with onion powder, salt, pepper and garlic.

    Then, take a bowl and mix flour, salt and pepper in it. Dredge the beef pieces in the bowl to coat them with the mixture.

    Preheat a large skillet on medium heat flame on the stove and put the beef pieces in it. Add butter, garlic and onion into it and cook them well until the meat become brown.

    Now, add mushrooms and cook for around half an hour. After that, you have to gradually mix flour in cold water. Add this flour mixture to the pan containing the beef and cook for around 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Then, pour cream and mushroom soup to the mixture.

    Prepare the egg noodles in another pan by adding garlic powder and parsley. Serve beef and noodles along with salad, garlic bread and pepper.
