Looking for a nice, tasty, and crispy chicken dish? Try the Fried Chicken Tenders, which are simple to make and delicious enough to entertain our guests or family members. This perfect appetizer is best served with corn on the cob or a potato salad. If you are diet conscious and want to cut down the fats, then make your fried chicken tenders with boneless chicken breast tenders rather than chicken legs or wings with dark meat.

- Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs -2 cups
- Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Prepared horseradish - 3 tablespoons
- Sour cream - ½ cup
- Prepared mustard - 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Eggs, beaten - 2
- Chicken tenderloins - 24
- Oil for frying - 2 quarts
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 dash
Instructions
- Take a shallow bowl and place 1 cup of the all-purpose flour in it.
- Grab another shallow bowl and place 2 cups of the Italian-style seasoned breadcrumbs, ½ teaspoon of the ground black pepper and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper in it.
- Now, combine all of the ingredients until mix well.
- Take a small mixing bowl and place the 2 large eggs in it.
- Beat the eggs with a whisk until watery. Pour in 2 tablespoons water and beat again to mix well.
- Pick up the chicken tenderloins one by one, dip them in the egg and coat in the flour in a shallow bowl.
- After coating the chicken tenderloins in flour, again coat them in the breadcrumbs in the other shallow bowl.
- Set the coated chicken tenderloins aside at room temperature for some time.
- Grab a large deep fryer and place it on the stove over a medium heat. Pour in 2 quarts oil and let it become hot.
- Now, fry the chicken tenderloins in small batches for approximately 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown, changing their sides time to time.
- Remove the fried chicken tenderloins from heat and gently drain them on a large serving plate with a paper towel on it.
- Your crispy fried chicken tenderloins are all set to serve; it is the time to make the sauce.
- Grab a medium mixing bowl and place 1 dash Worcestershire sauce and 3 tablespoons prepared mustard in it.
- Mix both of the ingredients well and serve with the warm fried chicken tenderloins.
- Dip the fried chicken tenderloins in the sauce and enjoy.
