1
Find the right meat
In order to make quality hamburgers, you have to buy fresh meat from the market. You can use any form of meat in this recipe, but there is nothing better than the ground beef, which is used in the original recipe. You can then boil the meat, so that you don’t find it difficult to grill it later -
2
Grind meat and season it
Grind the meat properly and add all of your favourite seasonings in it. Mix them properly until they settle down and then proceed further. You can experiment with some ingredients at this stage, but don’t try too much of that, as that might end up ruining the taste of the hamburgers. -
3
Shape the meat
Once you have mixed all of the ingredients, it is time to shape them like patties. Make sure they are not too thick, as that will make it difficult for you to cook them properly. -
4
Prepare the grill
It is better to prepare the grill before cooking the hamburgers on it. In order to do that, you have to apply some oil with the help of a brush and allow the grill to heat up properly. -
5
Grill the burgers and buns
Start grilling the meat patties on high heat. Make sure to flip them after five minutes, so that they don’t burn. You can add slices of cheese at this stage, if you are not much diet conscious. Once you are done with the meat, grill the buns too from the inside. They won't take much of your time and will be ready within a couple of minutes. -
6
Remove and serve
Once the hamburgers are ready, serve them in plate.
