Wash all the utensils before preparing sauce. You should also wash your hands before making any kind of dish.

  • 2

Warm peanuts in a saucepan and start making your sauce. It is up-to you as to what kind of sauce you are going to make. If you are going to make whole peanut sauce then you need to have whole peanut packing which is easily available in the market.

  • 3

Empty the packing in the saucepan and fry peanuts until they are golden. The frying process will roast all the peanuts equally which is a very important part of making a peanut sauce. Do not let all the peanuts burn as it will sour the taste of the sauce.

  • 4

Now is the right time to crush all the peanuts in a mortar and pestle. You can also crush all the peanuts in the food processor.

  • 5

Take another saucepan and put some oil along with garlic, onion and chilli powder.

  • 6

Also add the lime juice and coconut as you mix it together.

  • 7

    Serve with party snacks.
