Some of the organic sprays are baking soda spray, pepper spray, tomato leaf spray, beer spray or any soap spray that you use at your home. -

Use of Protective Measures while Cleaning your Garden:
Cleaning your garden and raking away all the dead leaves is a good practice to make your garden allergy free. Dealing with Garden Grass to Avoid Spreading Allergies:
Grass also plays a very important role in the propagation of allergies mainly because of the pollen it produces and the insects, mould and dust that is gets trapped in it. When you walk on this grass in your garden, these allergic things get propagated all over. In order to avoid this try to use pathways running in the middle of the green grass in your garden.
Also if experience watery eyes while mowing your grass and you start sneezing then it means that allergy is spreading. In order to avoid this try to use push mower that does not disturb the pollen much. Also try to avoid mowing during 5 a.m to 10 a.m as the pollen levels are high during this time. -
4
Avoid Molds:
Molds are a kind of fungus that is found on the damp areas in your garden and causes real respiratory infections and allergies. Avoid giving water to the plants especially during the winter season when the water does not dry up quickly and hence the molds are produced. -
