How to Cure Excessive Groin Sweating

Make sure you stay cool
Shower often, especially during the summer, to make sure you stay cool. Also wear light clothing and avoid activities that may make your body sweat. -

End up your showers with cold water
If you are facing excessive groin sweating problem, make sure that all your showers end with cold water. You don’t need to freeze yourself with cold water all through the shower, just start with warm water and thoroughly wash your body off. Gradually lower the temperature of the water as you get to the end of your shower and by the end it should be cold. -

Wear underwear with natural fibres
Wear underwear made up of cotton, since it is a light and airy material and has the tendency to absorb moisture. Wearing a cotton underwear will also minimize your chances of picking up a rash. -

Stay dry
Keep your body as dry as possible. Every time you finish showering, dust your groin area with talcum powder. Powders are absorbent and will help prevent excess sweating in these areas.
