  Get decorations according to the theme
  
  You are required to get supplies according to the theme of the party. In case the game is set at reunion, you can use balloons, banners and other equipment. However, if it is set in a law firm, you need to use office equipment.

  Label the rooms
  
  In case you are hosting the murder mystery party game in a place with several rooms, you are required to label the rooms. You can jolt down storeroom, kitchen and other rooms and then paste labels on the doors.

  Use blankets to separate large rooms
  
  In case you have a large room, you can use sheets, blankets or any other fabric to separate different areas. In order to hide objects which are not included in the game play such as TV or radio, you can use sheets etc to cover them.

  Refreshment table
  
  In order to entertain the guests, you need to set a refreshment table for them. Place drinks, alcohol, water, snacks and other food items for your guests.

  Area for coat
  
  Determine the area where your guests will place coat, purses and other accessories which are not required in the game. Label this area so your guests can easily place their belongings.

  You need to use balloons or other markers in order to guide guests towards the party area of your house.

  You need to attach different posters, decorations and other notices on the walls in order to complete the game illusion.
