Directing a play can be a wonderful opportunity as you become captain of the ship who is responsible to make that venture successful. However, this responsibility should not overwhelm you. Being a director, you are responsible to manage the production and execute the idea in perfect manner.

However, you must know to keep your cast and crew relaxed. This is not possible until you know how to have fun on the set. Remember, it is all about striking the right balance. You should make the work your first priority but you should also keep other team members motivated by adding some fun in the shooting schedules.
