First of all, you should evaluate the object or item that you want to camouflage in snow before starting the snow cam paint job. The evaluation will help you to know how much material it will require you to complete the paint.

Now you should get the spray which should be sufficient enough to cover the whole item in a desired manner. Make sure that colour of the paint that you spray on the item should be black and gray which are more suitable for camouflage purpose in snowy land.

While spraying paint on the item you need to make stripes on the surface in order to give it a perfect concealing touch. However, the size of stripes depends on you whether you want to make large stripes or smaller ones.

After spraying the item in an appropriate manner, you need to wait for at least 8 to 12 hours which are required to dry the paint. Make sure you do not cover the item before the paint becomes completely dry otherwise you will not get desired result.

When the paint becomes dry, you should take some leaves and branches of trees for using them as makeshift stencils. Place these leaves and branches on the surface of the item that you want to camouflage.

Now you should take white coloured paint and spray it over the leaves and branches. But leave the black and grey coloured leaves and branches apparent on the surface which will give it the item a natural look.
