Before doing anything else you need to make sure that you have all the required things to perform electrolysis. Tools such as stainless steel needles, sterile alcohol swabs, mirror and tweezers can be easily purchased from your local super market.

Wash and rinse your hands carefully and clean the area of your skin from where you want to remove excessive hair. It is recommended that you create an environment which is comfy for you. If possible, play some relaxing music while doing this procedure.

Use an alcohol swab to clean the area with unwanted hair. The alcohol rub will help you see each hair on the skin clearly.

Now attach the pad to your wrist, and use the mirror to make sure the probe is placed right up next to the hair. Put the needle in the probe and the electricity will start to pass through, turning on the timer as well. Do not remove the probe until you hear a beep.

Start removing the unwanted hair using the tweezers.
